Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and kx80.
Introduction & Acceptance
kx80 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online casino and betting service for players in Bangladesh. By accessing our website or registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in full and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. In the event of any conflict, these Terms will take precedence.
Important: The terms "user" or "you" as used in these Terms refer to any person who holds an account on the kx80 platform or uses its services.
Account Eligibility
To open an account and use kx80's services, the following conditions must be met:

You must be accessing from a country or jurisdiction where the use of online betting services is not legally prohibited.
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You must operate the account in your own name and with your own funds — playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
Warning: kx80 reserves the right to close any account held by an ineligible person at any time and to forfeit any funds held in that account.
Account Security & Responsibility
The security of your kx80 account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:
3.1 Password & Login
Keep your login details confidential and do not share them with any third party. Report any unauthorised activity on your account to our support team ([email protected]) immediately.
3.2 Updating Your Information
If your personal details change — such as your mobile number or email address — update them in your account settings right away. Operating an account with false or outdated information will be considered a breach of these Terms.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
kx80 may request a national ID card or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
kx80 accepts transactions only through Bangladesh's mobile financial services. The accepted payment methods are:

4.1 Deposit Rules
- Deposits may only be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.
- Deposits must be sent with the correct reference number. kx80 will not be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect reference.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any bonus have not been met.
- kx80 may request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests as part of the anti-money laundering process.
- Withdrawals are usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Please note: The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800 for each payment method.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
kx80 offers various bonuses and promotions to its players. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A few examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳11,000 (bonus cap applies)
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit.
For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 — winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this amount has been wagered.
Important: If you attempt to withdraw your bonus balance before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user may take advantage of each bonus offer only once.
- Using bonuses through multiple accounts, devices, or the same household address will be considered fraud.
- kx80 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
VIP Program & Cashback
kx80's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly you can move up to higher tiers and receive greater weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week
VIP tier cashback is calculated weekly. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback — full details will be provided on the promo page.
Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited:
- Creating an account using a forged ID or false information
- Bonus abuse, bonus stacking, or attempting to exploit the system
- Fraud through chargebacks or raising payment disputes
- Use of hacking, malware, or automated software
- Placing bets through collusion or match-fixing
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Attempting to access another user's account
Games, Sports Betting & Results
kx80 offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and many other types of games. All games are conducted in a fair and SSL-encrypted environment.
8.1 Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Games or bets affected by a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
- In sports betting, kx80's decision is final.
8.2 Payouts
Winnings are automatically credited to your account. For large wins, withdrawal will be processed only after identity verification is complete.

Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 At the User's Request
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support ([email protected]). Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be returned.
10.2 By kx80
In the event of a breach of these Terms, kx80 may suspend or close an account without prior notice. A decision will be made following an investigation.
10.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
kx80 makes every effort to keep its service running without interruption or error. However, kx80 is not liable for:
- Technical outages, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
- Failures by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers)
- Losses caused by the user's own negligence
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters or government directives
If you have a claim: Send any complaint or claim to the support email. Claims not raised within 30 days of the incident will be considered abandoned.
Right to Amend the Terms
kx80 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes and the date of change will be updated.
